About Dr. Katherine Zhang, PhD
Dr. Katherine Zhang is the founder of Zenyth For Leaders and the creator of the Hidden Success Tax framework and the Success Tax Reclamation Framework, a proprietary 3-phase system to help high-achieving professionals reclaim clarity, coherence, and sovereignty as success grows in complexity.
Her work is built around a single insight: the strategies, identities, and operating systems that create early success often become the hidden cost of sustaining it. She works with executives, founders, and senior professionals who are still performing at a high level but privately know the way they're succeeding is extracting more than it should.
Before becoming an ICF-certified executive coach, Dr. Zhang earned both her medical degree and PhD in biomedical science from Peking University, one of China's top universities. Her career as a cancer researcher included multiple publications in prestigious scientific journals, among them first-author work in the JCI and PNAS.
